**New 1:00 PM cutoff time for ordering**

Effective with deliveries of 4/4/2010, we will be implementing a new cutoff time for placing orders. Please be sure you are aware of your established delivery day and be sure you place your order by 1:00 PM the day prior.

There are several methods that can be utilized to place your order:

1 - Sales rep assisted.

2 - By phone with customer service at 1-800-365-2888.

3 – By fax to 1-800-265-3299.

If you are utilizing phone or fax to place your order, please be sure to have your customer number and item numbers ready to expedite the process. If you need an order guide to assist with locating item numbers for products you need, you may request one when placing your order (Item # 883074).

We also have hand held Telxon units available with product scanning wands which can be used to place and send orders. Our Shop Core Mark website is also available 24/7 for your use and is extremely user friendly. (www.shopcoremark.com).

The 1:00 PM cutoff applies to all orders delivered Tuesday through Friday. If you receive a Monday delivery, you may place your order up until Noon on Sunday via Telxon, Salesperson, or www.shopcoremark.com . If you call or fax your order in for a Monday delivery, it will need to be in no later than 5:00 PM on Friday.
